Tamoxifen Citrate (Nolvadex) is a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) commonly used to block estrogen’s effects in the body. It is widely utilized in post-cycle therapy (PCT) to stimulate natural testosterone production and prevent gynecomastia. Nolvadex works by binding to estrogen receptors in various tissues, preventing estrogen from exerting negative effects.

In men, Nolvadex increases follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) by blocking estrogen’s negative feedback at the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. This stimulates testosterone production, helping restore hormonal balance after a steroid cycle.
